Ratio Analysis of Budgetary and Autonomous Entities' Financial Standing

The article deals with the problem of using financial ratios in order to evaluate budgetary and autonomous entities’ financial standing. Using financial ratios becomes more and more important as budgetary and autonomous entities become more and more financially independent of their founders. Ratio analysis in the public sector is not developed enough, and financial ratios traditional for private sector should be reconsidered before applying them to budgetary and autonomous entities. The article defines the most appropriate ratios and conditions of using them.
