The conference "The Information Warfare in Latin America and Caribbean: The Case of The Bolivarian Alliance for the Peoples of Our America — Peoples’ Trade Treaty" (ALBA-TCP) was devoted to the information warfare against the countries comprising the ALBA economical integration community for the last ten years. The conference took place at Russian Presidential Academy of the National Economy and Public Administration. Ambassadors Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the ALBA countries (Bolivia, Venezuela, Cuba and Ecuador) presented their papers including the assessments of the character and specifics of the information warfare against their countries’ authorities.
The papers presented at that academic and at the same time diplomatic event examine information threats in contemporary global politics and international relations.
