Open Online Learning as a Form of Communication Between School and Higher Education

The article considers the possibility of open online learning of high school students as a form of communication between school and higher education. The author presents a detailed analysis of modern concepts of e-learning — Mobile-Learning, Smart e-Learning, Wikiversity and MOOС (massive open online courses). Particular attention is paid to the willingness of to use ICT in their professional activities and teaching online courses. The analysis of the main forms of interaction between universities and schools (students), as well as existing online learning resources for school students allows the author to draw a conclusion about the necessity of creating a unified system of open online courses for high school students.
