Regional State Youth Policy: Problems and Prospect

The article considers the problems and prospects of realization of the state youth policy at the regional level. The article emphasizes the role of youth public associations as subjects of regional youth policy and provides a framework for the formation of youth associations as institutional structures. The authors pay specific attention to functioning of youth public associations in modern Russia. The authors generalize problems of differentiation of regional financing of youth policy. Problems of realization of the state youth policy are systematized. The major factors constraining the development of youth as a participant in the formation and realization of regional youth policy are examined.
