Sergey Yu. Glaziev

Ph.D., professor, Chair of theory and methodology of state and municipal management, School of Public Administration, Lomonosov Moscow State University; Academician, member of the RAS, Russia.

Dr. Glaziev graduated from Lomonosov Moscow State University and received his Ph.D. from the Central Economic Mathematical Institute of the RAS. Dr. Glaziev has been a corresponding member of the RAS since 2000, and an academician since 2008.

Since 2012 Dr. Glaziev serves as an advisor to the President of the Russian Federation and the President’s representative to the National Banking Council.

Dr. Glaziev is a companion of the Order of Friendship of the Russian Federation and was awarded the N.D. Kondaratiev medal for his research on economic supercycles.
