Guiseppe Rattaљis the director of ArgentineљInstituto de energia electricaљfrom San Juan. He met with the dean of Faculty of Physics of Moscow State University. During the meeting international collaboration and exchange of experience were discussed. Many items related to network infrastructure, electric car development, power electronic and transmission lines were also discussed.
