The invention relates to biotechnology, gene engineering and to medicine, in particular to a method for producing (hyperproducing) foreign or endogenous target proteins in a plant cell. The hyperproduction of the target proteins is obtained by the expression, in the plant cell, of vectors leading synthesis of ribonucleic acids of a specific type designated as noncoding RNA, i.e the RNA incapable to code protein. The applicants disclose that noncoding RNA substantially promote the production of target proteins, wherein the stimulating activity is exhibited by natural and synthetic noncoding RNA. The inventive method is embodied in the form of a multi-purpose method and promotes the accumulation of any type of target proteins, including vaccinal and therapeutic target proteins, in cells of plants.
