Objective lens tests
May 19, 2010
Radiation tests of an objective lens of ShOK device were made at SINP accelerators. The device was exposed to electron flux during 8 hours. Total dose during this period represents accumulated dose during the supposed operation period of Lomonosov spacecraft at the orbit of 550 km altitude. The lens passed the test succesfully and is ready for operation.
The photos made before and after the tests are presented below.
