[Comphep-common] running batch before VEGAS in Comphep ?

Dear Yong,

this version is also compatible with LHAPDF. Moreover, I would
recomend to use it with the PDF package.
I expect this version will become (may be with some bugs fixed, we are
testing it now) the next official version.
