Dear Ijaz, By default CompHEP does not includes such loop vertices as the: h->gg, h->gamma,gamma ... etc. but you can insert them yourself (the expressions for them can be found in a large number of works, for example: arXiv: 1309.5410 [hep-ph]) It is also very convenient to use LanHEP (http://theory.sinp.msu.ru/~semenov/lhep319.tgz) for deriving corresponding Feynman rules in the CompHEP-format.
