Dear Edward,
Many thanks, it worked now, but in "constraints" when i tried to define new values of CKM matric element e.g., Vcb=0.03, it did't allow me to choose value in such manner. Any guess how can i take new Vcd, Vud as new value and in which file,is it "constraints"?

Dear Ijaz,
First, you also should make sure that the b-quark is included as a parton
of the proton. Take the initial proton with the b-quark parton in it.
