In this article the question of investment of symbolical capital within the state innovative policy is considered. The state as a source of this kind of capital invests it in various economic institutes in particular in the venture investment institute (venture funds). As result probably it can be non-market symbolical capital distribution and as result the same with economical capital between venture funds as participants of venture investment market.
