Mass-spectral Study of Vapour over Nanocrystal Zinc Oxide

Abstract

Vapour over nanocristal ZnO was investigated by Knudsen effusion mass-spectrometry. Vapour composition was determined. Upper limit of dissociation energy of gaseous ZnO was estimated to be : D0 (ZnO) £ 223 kJ×mol-1.
