Стоят всевозможные плееры:и mplayer, и smplayer,и xine. В обычном режиме(т.е. картинка 100 %) видео нормально проигрывается(обычныйфильм avi),но если перейти в полноэкранный режим начинаются тормоза и пропускания кадров. причем такая картина наблюдалась в разных дистрибутивах:в мандриве 2007,2008, убунте. Я грешным делом думаю на видюху(на которую криво стали дрова),но может знающиелюди посоветуют тут? зы Система:AMD64 2800+,768 MB RAM,ATI Radeon x1600pro. ОС ставил из сети,все обновления стоят.

При переходе в полноэкранный режим можно изменить разрешение => Нагрузка снизится.

покажи что содержится в /etc/X11/xorg.conf и что выводит mplayer при начале проигрывания файла.

В настройках полноэкранного режима самых разных плееров встречается нередко возможность задания разрешения/частоты обновления монитора. Необязательно изменять разрешение (или частоту) через плеер. На время просмотра можно самому изменить вручную

radeonhd: * No 3D acceleration so far. 2D acceleration is implemented for R5xx only upto now. No XVideo (needs 3D engine for scaling). Still, fullscreen video is working fluently for many users.

должен быть xv но его не будет с этим драйвером вообще кто такой умный из дистрибутивописателей включает драйвер который имеет initial support соответствующего железа

Если не HD-Video, то через -vo x11, вероятно, будет нормально работать.

лучше настроить non-free репозиторий, если не сделано, и через mcc включить проприетарщину

Проприетарные дрова поставились с bmv Сейчас все работает!Все спасибо!=)
