Consultant (Actuarial Services - FS)

Services provided by department:
valuation of insurance reserves, employee benefits (pensions and stock options) and financial instruments for financial reporting
valuation of insurance portfolios and due diligence
financial modeling
actuarial consulting services to different industries (financial services, industrial groups)
corporate training on employee benefits and insurance solutions

General Description of profile of the team:
Experienced team in wide range of actuarial work and strong commercial skills
Deep knowledge of accounting and actuarial techniques in insurance and financial modeling
International team with Russian and foreign qualified actuaries
Study program for enrolment with Institute of Actuaries and Securities and Investment Institute in the UK
Part of large network of professionals (audit, transaction services, capital market, HR, tax and legal)

Education, experience and skills requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in mathematics or economics;
Strong knowledge of mathematics (incl. theory of probability & statistics);
Strong knowledge of MS Office and in particular Excel;
Desire to become a consulting actuary;
Willingness to study towards internationally recognized actuarial and financial qualifications.

Soft skills:
Ability to operate in multitasking environment
Good communication skills
Flexibility and ability to work in a team
Good knowledge of the English language
