Troubleshooting

Question:  When I press the microphone on button, the sensors volume indicators do not change.  What is the solution?

Answer: Try to do one of the following:

1. Check if the multi-sensor setup is turned on (the green indicator lights)

2. Check if the setup outputs are inserted in line input(s) of sound card(s)

3. Check if the sound recording from line inputs of both cards is turned on and the volume is set to some non-zero level.  To do this, open the sound mixer double-clicking on the bell in system tray.

4. Go to the Basic Channels Setup property sheet of Options dialog

Question:  I added some spectral channels, set up speech detectors and trained speech commands, but the recognition does not work.   What to do?

Answer: Possibly, You did not add any channels in the resulting channels list box.  Or you unchecked both HMM and DTW algorythms on General options property page.
