diffusion of the protein plastocyanine and complex formation between plastocyanine and cytochrome j ( subunit of cytochrome I! complex) in the chloroplast thylakoid lumen has studied. 3D computer simulation model of diffusion and binding of plastocyanine and cytochrome j has constructed, which considers their electrostatic interaction. Based the experimental data, the parameters of the model for complex formation between plastocyanine and cytochromejin solution have estimated. dependence ofthe rate ofplastocyanine-cytochrome j reaction the size of the luminal space has studied. It was shown that the contraction of the luminal space leads to decrease in the reaction , which is in agreement with the experimental data the inhibition of the reaction under hyperosmotic stress.
