Chemistry and physics of colloidal nanocrystals (colloidal quantum dots): growth of A2B6 colloidal nanocrystals; synthesis of nanocrystals with complicated morphology; synthesis of colloidal nanoheterostuctures; optical properties of colloidal systems: core-shell nanocrystals, branched nanocrystals, nanocrystals with spatial carriers separation. Semiconductor interfaces. Transport phenomena in nanocrystalline solids.
