Chemical threat detectors based
on multisensor arrays and selective porous concentrators
Detectors of hazardous chemicals based on line sensors and selective
porous materials.
Synthesized by sol-gel method,
new gas sensitive nanocrystalline materials - nanocomposites M1O M2O -
based oxide semiconductor M1O = SnO2, In2O3 and catalysts M2O = Fe2O3,
La2O3, V2O5, CuO, Co3O4 and MoO3. The compositions of the materials
with selective sensitivity to organophosphorus compounds. For all
synthesized complex porous oxides studied the process of concentration
of toxic gases NH3, H2S, NO2. The optimal conditions for the
concentration of gases obtained.
By scanning and transmission
electron microscopy, X-ray diffraction and electron spectroscopy systematic investigation of morphology, phase structure
and surface condition of the crystals depending on the material
composition and size of crystallite .
