The paper is devoted to design of the method of electrostatic interaction of protein plastocyanin with thylakoid membrane and transmembrane protein complexes. Using Poisson-Boltzmann equation we calculated electrostatic potentials of the thylakoid membrane and the proteins involved in electron transfer at different values of the ionic strength.
