Summary. The corpus of texts of Russian journalists' memoirs forms the cycles of publications in the issues of 1880-1910th historical magazines. Stylistic and language methods of self-consciousness description and the language approach to the analys of the mass-media space are close to the fiction principles and the tradition of the novel of adventure and the road. This form applies to the reader's imagination and involves the audience into the rhythm of rapid review, intensive language and stylistic changings.
