• IT department of a large multinational company is seeking an IT Help Desk Specialist whose primary duties will include user support, dealing with hardware and software issues.

• Desire to work in IT
• Speak and write good English
• Experience in IT support
• Possess strong knowledge of computer hardware, Windows 2000 & XP, MS Office 2000&2003
• Knowledge of other Microsoft applications, Lotus Notes is a plus
• Have excellent communication skills

• Commensurate with experience and skills (35000 - 40000 rub. gross)
