04.12.08 : Industry Analyst

Background:
• Higher education in Economics/Finance/Mathematics/Physics.
• Previous experience in financial services/investment/banking/insurance is a must.
• Experience as an analyst in investment banking / private equity / asset management is a strong plus.
• Analyst certificates like CFA are also a strong plus.

Skills:
• strong analytical mind,
• appetite for necessary information digging in the Internet and other sources,
• communicative / nice-to-cooperate-with,consequent and stick to the targets set,
• aspiration to work long hours,openness to new knowledge,
• ability to absorb and digest large amounts of segmental data,
• computer literacy: advanced user with strong MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) skills.

Responsibilities:
• Monitoring and collecting of data and news related to chosen industry.
• Support and enhancement of industry market models and background documentation.
• Participation in preparation of regular industry reports to Top management.
• Participation in different projects of the company (like regional expansion, M&A etc.) as an industry analyst.

Ambitions:
• obtaining new skills/knowledge/experience,
• obtaining exhaustive understanding of chosen industry’s processes and logic,
• ambitions to grow within the industry.

Compensation package:
• depends on interview results,
• bonus incentives tied to research block performance.
