28.09.10 : Campus Ambassador Program

SUN InBev, OJSC - second-biggest brewer in Russia - part of world's leading brewer Anheuser-Busch InBev - is now looking for Campus Ambassadors in leading universities of Russia.

Responsibilities:

1. Promote AB InBev and increase company awareness on campus:

• Execute presentations to clubs and teams on campus
• Regular career centre visits to build relationship with campus career centers
• Build relationship with Opinion Leaders (students who are leaders on campus and know a lot of people on campus)
• Attract students to the AB InBev website to encourage on-line applications for the Global Management Trainee (GMT) program at www.ab-inbev.com/ownyourfuture

2. Be the Lead Recruiter for AB InBev, specifically focusing on the GMT position

• Directly recruit candidates for the Trainee program and make online referrals to the program
• Work with AB InBev Recruitment and Program Managers to source and identify quality candidates, who meet job requirements for the GMT program
• Promote the application process, and guide students to apply for the GMT program online.

3. Support recruitment activities on your campus:

• Use creative methods to attract candidates to company Information sessions or Career Fairs

Requirements:

• (Pre-) Final year bachelor/specialist/masters student
• Technical / Engineering University student (as an advantage)
• Upper-Intermediate English
• Able to work 10-15 hours per week between November 2010 and March 2011
• Student who is well-connected on university campus academically and involved in extra-curricular activities
• Strong presentation skills and an outgoing personality
• Motivated by results, self-organized, and able to multi-task
