VTB Capital announces 2 programs — undergraduate program Fixed Term Analyst (FTA) and graduate development program Elevate.

FTA

Our Fixed Term Analyst programme is the perfect undergraduate opportunity to join VTB Capital to work with high calibre professionals and to develop a long-term career.

By starting as a Fixed Term Analyst, you have a great opportunity to experience life at VTB Capital and to then join us as an Elevate Programme Analyst after completing your degree or even to be considered for roles outside of the Graduate programme.

This year we are recruiting Fixed Term Analysts for a variety of business areas including Global Banking, Global Markets, Sales and Training,Structuring, Research, IT and Legal.

• The Program starts on July
• The program lasts 2 months. Successful FTA contracts may be extended for up to 12 months, after which an FTA is either transferred to the ELEVATE program or hired as a VTB Capital employee

Deadlines — 15th April 2012

ELEVATE

The ELEVATE programme begins on September 2012, with a training programme in London. Formal training begins with induction sessions providing an overview of VTB Capital.

A comprehensive training programme which combines VTB Capital induction, professional training, certification and skills development. In addition to 6 weeks of initial training in London, the programme offers training in between rotations.

Working alongside our experienced professionals, first-year Analysts have the opportunity to develop their banking skills through active involvement in the business. The structured programme enables our Graduates to build a base of knowledge which lays the foundation of their career.

Qualifications:

• Successful undergraduates or graduates in business, finance, maths, science, economics and arts
• A strong desire to develop a deep understanding of the industry/environment

Key programme dates

• The Elevate programme starts on the 3rd of September 2012
• Programme duration is 16 months
