This yields a percentage ratio of:
71%  of SNe occured in the  +50 dec. bin.
16%  of SNe occured in the  +60 dec. bin.
.05% of SNe occured in the  +70 dec. bin.
.06% of SNe occured in the  +80/+90 dec. bin.
