Analyzing the state of ethno-social conflicts in the Russian labor market from the perspective of socio-psychological paradigm of conflict resolution (L. Coser, C. Wright, K Lorenz, A. Kharitonov and others),it is shown that the problem of ethnic tensions is quite relevant. A comparative analysis of attitudes towards immigrants in Russia and the UK is held. The data of sociological studies show that despite the ethnic tension in Russian society there is a high level of ethnic tolerance.
