The course is called Russian Civilizations Through American Eyes

The course is a study of Russian history as it written and taught in the
United States. The students discuss the different perceptions of Russian
history from their knowledge and western interpretation of the same events
or time frame. We are also examining Russian culture and literature and
its interpretation in the West.

The classes meet for Second Year on Tuesday, 14:30-16:00 (Room 219) and
16:20-17:50 (Room 120). The Fourth year students meet Thursday, 16:20-
17:50 (Room 120). All classes are held in the Faculty of Foreign Languages
and Area Studies.
