Customer Support Engineer
- Participation in technical implementations to achieve successful deliveries
- Responsible for malfunction and proactive support
- Technical Advisory to the Project manager
- Feedback from the field and the customer
- Focal point to the customer
- Responsible for the reports and updating of the relevant CRM data
- Responsibility for achieving high customer satisfaction
- Part of a professional team
Job Requirements:
- A university degree or equivalent in Telecommunication, Computer Science or Engineering or a student
- Excellent communications & customer relations skills
- Customer Service orientation
- Fast learner, strong personality, understanding of working in a multicultural environment
- English is mandatory
- Unix knowledge - Advantage
- Knowledge of telephony and signaling - Advantage
- Knowledge of Oracle databases - Advantage
- Knowledge of Networking - Advantage
- TCP/IP Network Management – Advantage
- Willingness to travel to remote sites
