Exhibit collection
You probably saw it if you have visited the site page, which told about the museum exhibition. You saw the stuffed animals in the showcases, but it is the museum professionals that realize that this is just the main part of the exhibition collection. As a matter of fact, the main portion of this collection including about 7,500 exhibits is housed in the permanent exhibition. Several hundreds of other stuffed animals, some partly duplicating those on display, some being not displayed for certain technical or scientific reasons, are stored separately in a special room and are used for temporary exhibitions or loans to some enterprises or movie studios.
